More clarity, less overwhelm
When your usual ways of coping are no longer working as well as they used to, therapy can help you step back and see things more clearly.
You may be:
Dealing with work stress, burnout, or constant pressure
Carrying the long-term effects of trauma or painful past experiences
Exploring questions about masculinity, identity, spirituality, or purpose
Therapy can offer space to understand what is driving your reactions, where certain patterns come from, and how you want to move forward. I work with adults who are looking for insight, practical change, and a more thoughtful relationship with themselves.
When you keep running into the same internal roadblocks, therapy can help you understand the pattern instead of just pushing through it.

corporate stress and work concerns
long-term recovery from trauma
men's issues and the impact of masculinity

a desire to better understand themselves
My approach
Thoughtful, practical, and tailored to you
I believe therapy should fit the person, not the other way around. My approach is grounded in respect for your values, your lived experience, and your capacity for growth.
I commonly draw from:
Internal Family
Systems
We explore the different parts of you with curiosity instead of judgment. Over time, that can build insight, self-compassion, and more choice in how you respond.
Behavioral
Therapy
We focus on patterns in thoughts, actions, and habits in daily life. That work can support practical change that feels clearer, steadier, and more doable.
Existential
Psychology
We create a space for questions about meaning, identity, freedom, and purpose. That reflection can help you live with greater clarity and intention.
Clients often appreciate that I am flexible, responsive, and focused on helping them build greater awareness of their emotions, reactions, and patterns over time.
What makes my practice different
I bring clinical insight and real experience in corporate and tech.
I have depth in working with masculinity and gender role concerns
I welcome spiritual and existential reflection in therapy work
I offer flexible online care that fits more easily into real life
I create a space that feels thoughtful, respectful, and grounded
My goal is to help people heal from past experiences, work through present challenges, and move toward a more meaningful future.
